We are a PET-FREE Short-Term rental option for residents.

We have freshly refinished and newly installed oak wood flooring in the entire place. We hope you appreciate our clean and fresh pet-free place to stay. 

We love pets; we just do not allow them in our short-term furnished rental units.

Our Furnished Luxury Short-Term Rentals all have a HEPA BLUE  211+ AUTO air purifier that provides a high-quality clean air environment. These units do not allow for pets in the unit with our air quality standard, and we desire to have a very clean, pet-free stay for our guests.

We usually have residents/tenants stay for more extended stays here, but we accommodate a range of options.

Our boutique condos differ from an Airbnb nightly model with fees, overhead, and cleaning services to a business model and style hybrid of short-term living. We have made it much easier for a tenant to have a turn-key, fully furnished unit that does not include the hassle of a 3rd party service.

This direct rental avoids the overhead expense that other management companies, such as Airbnb, VRBO, HelloLanding, etc., will charge tenants and landlords.

No third-party management fees are tacked on your stay. There is no surcharge. There is no management fee... and you guessed it, no Upcharges—just a Cleaning Fee.

The only cost that could be considered as a FEE is running the Application and Background check ($70 screening charge) due at the application and booking time via our mobile platform app. That is a charge by a third-party background processor to us.

$125 Cleaning fee at the end of your stay.

We expect the place to be in good shape at the end of your stay, and a deposit is held for any overly filthy folks. We know that's not you, though ; )

At the end of your stay, you are responsible for walking trash bags to the provided dumpster, leaving your unit in broom-swept condition, and placing linens on the bed.

**As per any other property, damage or other complications will be handled responsibly by our resident and the landlord.

The deposit may vary for leases shorter than two months. Once the lease agreement has been signed, we commonly accept a $2900 deposit via online payment.

1-2 Month stays - Full Rent is due at signing before move-in. 

We use ACH to avoid fees and allow payments via the managed mobile app for convenience. Wire and Cashier checks are permitted as well, and our Resident Portal [Tenant Cloud] offers a safe and fast way to auto-pay.

For 3+ month stays, we work out a monthly payment rather than paying up front.

6+ Months or a more extended stay, a resident would assume utilities and one month's worth of rent as a security deposit.

  The management software we use makes the onboarding process simple. We also maintain a mobile app for requests during your stay (if needed). 

  The Tenant Cloud software will perform a background check within 24-48 hours, and we can usually approve an application the next business day.
